To get your Brand Partner Portal access, please email portalaccess@ageuk.org.uk to get a log in and sign up to one of the 4 Sprint windows for the Portal (below).

These 4 rollout windows will run:
  • September 2021 – October 2021
  • December 2021 – January 2022
  • March 2022 – April 2022
  • June 2022 – July 2022

Network Infrastructure Update: Upcoming Charitylog training sessions and user groups

The Network Infrastructure Team are holding a series of training sessions and user groups on Charitylog over the next few months. Find out full details including how to book your place.

In response to the Charitylog training survey completed by Brand Partners in recent months, Dizions (the creators of Charitylog) are holding a number of training sessions in September and October. We are also holding the next series of user group meetings in September. Click here for more information, including how to book your place at the training sessions or user groups.

This meeting follows the second webinar where the project team took an in-depth look into the journey from logging on to inputting your information on the Brand Partner Portal, discussed a refresh on the integration of the Portal and your websites, and took questions from attendees. For the third and final webinar before the rollout, we want to provide you with all the information and resources you need to get started. From there, you will be asked to sign up to one of the 4 roll-out windows for the Portal (below). We have spaced these out to ensure you can book your rollout at a time that suits you and ensure that Age UK’s resources are able to effectively support those Partners going live at any one time. As all partners sign up for their preferred rollout window, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible as some of the windows are close to being filled up.

These 4 rollout windows will run:

Brand Partner Portal update: Book your place at the second webinar

Registration is now open for the second Brand Partner Portal webinar “An in-depth look into the way to use your portal”.

Following the first webinar where the project team gave a briefing on the Brand Partner Portal and next steps for partners, the second webinar at 10am on 27 July will take an in-depth look into how you will use the portal, including the journey from logging on and inputting your information on the portal. The webinar will also explain what you need to do next for the roll-out. Read on to find out more, or click here to book your place.
