We are working with partners across the network to improve the back-office systems, functions and supplier relationships that support the delivery of services to older people in a high quality, effective, efficient, and sustainable manner.

Governance

The Network Infrastructure Programme provides regular updates on it’s activities to both the AEA Executive Committee and the Network Development Programme Board. It is overseen by a Steering Group of local Age UK and Age UK representatives. Individual projects have further governance and user groups – see project pages for details.
