Impact of Covid-19 on Older People – 3rd wave research webinar recording & fact sheet

Age UK’s Health Influencing Team have shared the recording of their recent webinar which covered the third wave of their research into the impact of Covid-19 on older people.

The Health Influencing team was pleased to see so many local partners join us at our “Impact of Covid-19 on Older People 3rd Wave Research” webinar last Tuesday. For all those who were unable to attend on the day or would like to share it with colleagues, please find a link to the webinar recording below. We have also attached a copy of the slides from the session and a document with some detailed results from the representative polling. Please note that the results from our research have not been published yet by Age UK, so we request that these are only used for bids and presentations to aide local health and care system influencing, not local media or for open publication.

We mentioned in the webinar that the Health Influencing team will be looking to carry out future research in this area. We would, therefore, welcome any feedback on the research and would value hearing from local partners about any ideas for future research topics or questions that would be beneficial to have insight on. We would also welcome hearing any successes or positive use of our research stats or presentation. Please get in touch with us at HealthInfluencing@ageuk.org.uk.
