Following the first webinar where the project team gave a briefing on the Brand Partner Portal and next steps for partners, the second webinar at 10am on 27 July will take an in-depth look into how you will use the portal, including the journey from logging on and inputting your information on the portal. The webinar will also explain what you need to do next for the roll-out. Read on to find out more, or click here to book your place.
At the second webinar, we will demonstrate the journey of using portal and there will be ample opportunity for Q&A.

What you can do now
You can now get your Brand Partner Portal access. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a log in, links to further instructions, and guides.
From that, you will be asked to sign up to one of the 4 roll-out windows for the Portal (below). We have spaced these out to ensure you can book your rollout at a time that suits you and ensure that Age UK’s resources are able to effectively support those Partners going live at any one time. As its on a first come, first serve basis, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible.
These 4 rollout windows will run:
- September – October 2021
- December 2021 – January 2022
- March 2022 – April 2022
- June 2022 – July 2022
