At the first webinar, we will demonstrate the portal, talking you through each stage of the onboarding process and the individual website deployments across the network. There will be ample opportunity for Q&A.

These webinars will be especially important for any members of staff who manage your organisation’s website.

  8. Q&A

Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the session, as the recording will be available on the Network Infrastructure hub shortly after.

Next steps and rollout

You can get your Brand Partner Portal access from 7th July. Please email portalaccess@ageuk.org.uk to get a log in, links to further instructions and guides.

We will be asking you to add your basic organisational information into the Portal in July and August. There will be more detail given at the first webinar on 6th July.

You will then be asked to sign up to one of the rollout windows for the Portal. There will be 4 windows throughout the next year. We have spaced these out to ensure you can book your rollout at a time that suits you and ensure that Age UK’s resources are able to effectively support those Partners going live at any one time.

These 4 rollout windows will run:

  • September – October 2021
  • December 2021 – January 2022
  • March 2022 – April 2022
  • June 2022 – July 2022
