Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire Training Solutions

Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire’s Training Solutions team have been successfully delivering a range of health and social care training and management training for over 10 years. The training is delivered by experienced and qualified health professionals, along with experienced trainers with specialisms in areas, such as First Aid and Manual Handling. Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire an Open College Network accredited centre and a member of the approved trainer provider list for Worcestershire County Council. 

Courses are successfully being delivered via Zoom and face to face courses will hopefully resume in mid-April (following government guidelines). They have already been delivering zoom training sessions to participants as far as Scotland so we wanted to let you all know about our fantastic courses that staff, carers, clients and families can attend. Below are just some of the courses we are currently delivering:

  • Moving and handling
  • Dementia awareness
  • Adult safeguarding
  • End of life and bereavement
